T E R M S & C O N D I T I O N S
- I confirm that I am giving details of my property and my personal details such as name, phone number, email id etc voluntarily and I understand that these will remain in the database of IN-LAND REAL ESTATE.
- I understand that this is a website which is open to the public and members of the public can view the details of my property including photos and videos, if any.
- I understand that there cannot be a time limit within which my property will be sold/rented.
- I undertake to furnish any other detail that In-land/prospective customer may require.
- I undertake to make arrangements to show my property to executives of the company and to prospective customers at a reasonable notice of time.
- I confirm that the documents of my property are up-to-date and I will furnish any additional documents such as EC as and when required.
- I understand that fixing the final price/rent at which I transact my property is entirely my responsibility.
- On successful completion of a deal for my property and at the time of signing the Agreement for the same, I undertake to pay commission as follows:
Sale of property – Seller: 2% ; Buyer: 1%
Rent of property – : Owner: 15 days rent ; Tenant: 1 month
*GST extra as applicable
- I undertake to be available and complete all paperwork necessary for completion of the deal once the same has been finalized.
- Any dispute that may arise between the parties shall be decided in courts in the Mangalore Jurisdiction only.
